1.1. This competition is conducted by Eziway Leasing Pty Ltd. 1/99 Bald Hill Road, Pakenham, VIC, 3810. ABN 32 146 836 795.

1.2. Competition opens Thursday 1 July and closes 31 July 2021 at 23:59PM (AEST)

1.3. Eziway Leasing Pty Ltd can be contacted on 1800 932 394 and carleasing@eziway.net.au between the hours of 9:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday-Friday (AEST).

2.1. Eligible entrants who take out a fully maintained novated lease on a new car between 1 July 2021 – 31 July 2021

2.2. Eligible entrants who have settled their lease by 31 July will receive automatic entry into the draw.

2.3. Competition excludes novated leases on used and existing cars and self managed leases.

2.4. Eligible entrants must be over the age of 18.

2.5. Eligible entrants must be employed by an organisation using Eziway Leasing.

Eligible entrants can enter the competition by submitting an enquiry through any accepted mediums, including (but not limited to) email, phone, website, social media or on-site visit.

3.2. In order to be eligible for the draw the entrant must meet the requirements outlined in section 2.

4.1. The first eligible entry randomly drawn will receive the following: a prepaid fuel card valued at $1,000.00 AUD.

4.2. The winner will receive the prize either electronically or in the mail, subject to purchase method.

4.3. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another participant.

4.4. The redemption of the prize is subject to manufacturer’s availbility and Eziway’s administration times.

5.1. The random prize draw will take place at 12:30PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 3 August, 2021 using www.miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/ at 1/99 Bald Hill Rd, Pakenham, VIC, 3810. The first eligible entry randomly drawn, as determined by Eziway, will be the winner.

5.2. The winner will be announced online on Friday, 6 August, 2021, and will be notified by email and phone.

5.3. The winner must claim the prize by Friday, 27 August, 2021, before the competition is eligible for a re-draw.

5.4. In order for the winner to claim the prize, they must confirm their identity (subject to Eziway’s requirements) and receipt of the prize by responding to communications made by Eziway Leasing Team.

6.1. Eziway Leasing reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.

6.2. If the prize is not claimed by Friday, 27 August, 2021, a second draw will be conducted by Eziway Leasing with the details of the re-draw to be announced and detailed on eziwayleasing.com.au/giveaway.

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Eziway Leasing accepts no liability to you for any loss, including indirect or consequential losses, arising in any way from your entry into the competition or your claim of the prize (including any late, lost or misdirected claims, or any tax liability that you incur in claiming the prize) or your use of the prize (including any inability to use the prize, or any loss (including those arising from personal injury) sustained as a result of, or during, any travel paid for with the prize) or as a result of, or during, any travel associated with collection of the prize.

8.1. Eziway Leasing Pty Ltd is part of the Eziway Group and collects personal information from you when you enter this competition and may continue to collect information from you if you win or if we are required to by law.

8.2. Eziway reserves the right to publish the winner’s name in any online, written, or printed communication material.

8.3. Your personal information may be disclosed to other individuals/ entities internal and external to the Eziway Group, to successfully run the competition, distribute the prize or if required to disclose information to other entities by law.

8.4. Your personal information is required to be collected to participate in the competition or win the prize.
